Review
Munificent Gift – In the rural regions of China, pigs are not only important food of daily life, but also essential items of sacrificial offering as well as precious gifts for exchange among people in social relationships. However, in the exhibition venue, “pigs” will loose their meaning and value, transformed in to an understanding of being out of cultural context.
